LORI SACCO, REALTOR DRE# 01415871Lori was born and raised in Sacramento. She graduated from CSUS with a BA degree in Communications. Her name may be familiar to you already. Lori has been in radio for more than 15 years. She started out as a News Reporter/Noon News Anchor with KFBK Radio before being the News and Entertainment Reporter with "The Paul and Phil Show" on Y92.5. Lori also co-hosted "The Paul and Lori Show" on Y92.5
She began her real estate career with a small company in Gold River where she benefitted from extensive training in marketing and lending. She also learned that honesty and integrity are number one in real estate. Joining Coldwell Banker has already given her various new tools to help clients with listing their homes that other companies are not using. Lori is a techno-savvy, high energy agent ready to serve your real estate needs!
Today, she enjoys living in Arden Park with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs. She is Girl Scout Leader, Team Mom, Room Parent, Mariemont lementary & Arden Middle Talent Show Coordinator, and even plays keyboards and sings in her own band called "MAYHEM".

Victor was born and raised in Redwood City, CA. He moved to the Sacramento area in 1990 to attend U.C. Davis, majoring in Organizational Studies with a minor in Economics. He's held various jobs working in personal finance, corporate finance, and then finally ventured into the fun and exciting world of real estate.
Victor began his real estate career in 2004 working as a Mortage Broker with Mortgage Consultants Group and later Paradise Mortgage. In 2007, he began handling both the financing and the real estate side of purchases (working as an Agent). He brings with him a vast array of knowledge pertaining to lender underwriting guidelines, what it takes to get pre-approved, and ways to minimize having a loan get declined.
He's not only helped others buy properties, but has also owned several properties himself. Three of his investment homes involved extensive rehabbing/updating of the homes and the results were fabulous!
