Lori was born and raised in Sacramento. She graduated from CSUS with a BA degree in Communications. Her name may be familiar to you already. Lori has been in radio for more than 15 years. She started out as a News Reporter/Noon News Anchor with KFBK Radio before being the News and Entertainment Reporter with "The Paul and Phil Show" on Y92.5. Lori also co-hosted "The Paul and Lori Show" on Y92.5
She began her real estate career with a small company in Gold River where she benefitted from extensive training in marketing and lending. She also learned that honesty and integrity are number one in real estate. Joining Coldwell Banker has already given her various new tools to help clients with listing their homes that other companies are not using. Lori is a techno-savvy, high energy agent ready to serve your real estate needs!
Today, she enjoys living in Arden Park with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs. She is Girl Scout Leader, Team Mom, Room Parent, Mariemont lementary & Arden Middle Talent Show Coordinator, and even plays keyboards and sings in her own band called "MAYHEM".
You can still hear Lori fill-in anchoring on KFBK and KSTE, and as the female voice for "America's Heartland" on KVIE.

Tracey is a native of Sacramento and she really knows the neighborhoods of Downtown Sacramento, East Sacramento, McKinley Park, South Land Park, Curtis Park, Mid-Town, and the Greenhaven/Pocket. Tracey lives in East Sacramento with her daughter and their 2 cats.
Tracey began her real estate career in 2005 with Keller Williams Realty in Sacramento where she received extensive training in working with buyers and sellers. Floyd Christensen was born in Fresno, CA and grew up there on a farm. He is a retired major from the US Air Force where he was a navigator for 22 years.While in the Air Force, he received his bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in business administration.
Beth was born in Napa, CA and grew up in Sonoma County.She received her bachelor's degree in social science from CSUS, her teaching credential from Cal State University, Hayward, and has studied house esign, AutoCAD and construction management at Santa Rosa Junior College.She has been an interior designer in the commercial field for 22 years and has a great eye for color and furniture arrangement, is a licensed general contractor. She was construction manager and project manager for two Habitat for Humanity homes in Sonoma County.
Floyd and Beth share an interest in construction and have a team of subcontractors they have used for remodels of several homes in the Sacramento area.Their extensive business backgrounds, knowledge of construction and their attention to detail will make them ideal partners to help people see the potential in a house that will make it their home.They are also landlords and have an understanding of what it takes to have rental houses.

Dave is a licensed Mortgage Broker and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) with 20+ years of experience in the mortgage business. He s a native of Sacramento, attending California State University of Sacramento, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
To ensure his knowledge on both sides of a real estate transaction for his clients, Dave was formally a Director on the Board of the Sacramento Association of Realtors. Additionally he's a former Board Member of the Building Industry Association's Sales and Marketing Council and the Riverlake Homeowner's Association.
