East Sacramento Community
The East Sacramento area is one of, if not the most, desirable neighborhoods in Sacramento. The quite, tree-lined streets deliver a picturesque view, while just a short drive to downtown.
The more popular homes in East Sacramento reside in the Fabulous 40s, a collection of well-manicured mansions in the 40th and 50th streets. At certain times of the year, some of these home are open for tours.
There are major medical facilities in the area as well as Sacramento State.
McKinnley Park, one of Sacramento's more popular parks, is a great draw to East Sacramento.
